Cannot authorize the tweetmypc

when i enter my pin i'm getting an error

"Oh, a bad and unexpected error occurred..
The application will close itself now, so you don't have to worry about it....."

what should i do ?

I have just had the same error, using version 4.0.4 beta. I am using Win 7 x64. I looked in the Codegeeks/Tweetmypc directory and there is no log file. I also checked my standard web browser settings & verified that I can do this: press Windows-Key + R and then type in "http://www.twitter.com" - It does open the twitter website.
